Do you feel any limitations in your life? Limitations such as fears, anger, control issues, sadness, jealousy, possessiveness, or other blockages.

Everyone wants to be seen. However, truly seeing yourself can mainly be done by yourself… I hope that during the session with me, you will find the love within yourself.

When you come for the first time, there will be an introduction. Together we connect, and from there, a beautiful ceremonial session for you will arise. Multiple sessions are desirable to get closer to yourself and to open your body and heart. You are welcome with me for the journey of self-discovery. I have walked this path myself and know the challenges you may encounter. From my own life lessons SIY has arisen and I am able to pass on what I have received. I say received because it has shaped me to be where I am in life right now, and for that I am grateful.

I work with the body. Think of Hawaiian healing, de-armouring, Tantra, inner child healing, sound, breathwork, meditation, Yoga, Kundalini, rope ritual, coaching, and plant medicine combined with bodywork… I am here to guide you towards a free and energetic life. I do believe that each person is their own coach, and ultimately, you will have to take responsibility for a healthy life on an emotional, spiritual, physical, and energetic level.
